Renuka Chander, Principal

The driving force behind Research Technika is Renuka Chander, a market research veteran with over 25 years of experience delivering skilled and practical guidance based on rigorous methodology. An accomplished survey designer and focus group facilitator, her expertise has driven growth and strategic change at businesses and organizations in Asia and the US.

Early in her career, Renuka led innovative depth-interviewing projects addressing urban and rural consumer markets in Asia. Clients included the country offices of European and US companies, as well as the Malaysian government. Later in the US, Renuka worked in nonprofit market research for national organizations including the US Chamber of Commerce, the American Automobile Association (AAA), and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).

Renuka is active in the Northern Virginia Technology Council and is a member of the Marketing Research Association.

Anil Sodhy, Chief Technology Officer

Anil Sodhy is responsible for Research Technika's technology strategy, aligning technology-based tools with client needs. His expertise ensures that the back-end of market research projects -- for instance, database analysis and data mining -- are designed for logic and accuracy.

Anil began his US-based career at the Gannett newspaper chain, where he was actively involved in the design, management, and maintenance of the company's knowledge base as well as enterprise-wide network operations management. Anil has also worked for eLink Communications (acquired by Eureka! Networks) and consulted for a variety of technology startups based in Boston and the DC area.
